Product Introduction

Mud decanting centrifuge can recycle the barite. It's important by cleaning out the small particle(2μm-7μm) from the drilling fluids to control fluids density and viscosity and improve the efficiency of well drilling.

The centrifuges which made by out factory can clarify, dehydrate and classify the suspensions with 0.002-3 mm solid-phase particles and thickness range at 0.5~40%. The product can be classify into two type LW-counter-current and parallel-current base on its structure feature.

Basic Benefits of TRLW Series Decanter Centrifuge
  1. Remaining components of the drum assembly are made from SS316L.
  2. Using imported SKF and NSK bearings to improve equipment stability and bearing life.
  3. Straight and cone section of the drum are made from 2205 duplex stainless steel material, adopt centrifugal casting process.
  4. Screw carrier adopts YG6 wear-resistant alloy sheet protection. With long life, easy maintenance and replacement.
  5. Drum assembly is protected with demountable support frame in transit, preventing damage to bearing.
  6. Schneider or Siemens electrical components. Current overload & mechanical limit switch dual protections.
  7. Diversion port of screw pusher and slag-drip opening of the drum are protected by replaceable wear-resistant alloy sleeve, delaying the service life and maintenance cycle.
  8. Frequency control facilitates customers to adjust speed at any time, meeting different working conditions.
